21 Parties to inquiry
The parties to an inquiry into a relevant dispute are: (a) Australia Post; and (b) the complainant who notifies the dispute to the ACCC; and (c) another person who: (i) is obtaining or wishes to obtain a rate reduction in respect of the supply of a bulk interconnection service; and (ii) applies in writing to the ACCC to be made a party to the inquiry; and (iii) is accepted by the ACCC as having a sufficient interest in the inquiry.
