#### 96 Australia Post’s seal (1) Australia Post’s seal shall be kept in such custody as the Board directs and shall be used only as authorised by the Board. (2) All courts, judges and persons acting judicially shall take judicial notice of the imprint of Australia Post’s seal appearing on a document and shall presume that the document was properly sealed.
