93 Delegation of Australia Post’s powers
(1) An authorised person may, in writing, delegate all or any of Australia Post’s powers to an employee of Australia Post. (2) In subsection (1):
authorised person means:
(a) the Managing Director; or
(b) an employee of Australia Post who is, for the time being, authorised by the Board for the purposes of this section.
