#### 90M Articles to which Division applies (1) This Division applies to an article while it is in the course of post. (2) This Division does not limit the following: (a) Part XII of the Customs Act 1901; (b) the Biosecurity Act 2015 or the Regulatory Powers (Standard Provisions) Act 2014, so far as the Regulatory Powers (Standard Provisions) Act 2014 relates to the Biosecurity Act 2015; (c) the Imported Food Control Act 1992 or the Regulatory Powers (Standard Provisions) Act 2014, so far as the Regulatory Powers (Standard Provisions) Act 2014 relates to the Imported Food Control Act 1992.
