#### 90L Disclosure of personal information by consent
(1) If the information relates to the affairs or personal particulars (including name or address) of another person, the person may disclose the information if the disclosure:
(a) is made with the other person’s written consent; and
(b) is made to a person or an organisation covered by the consent; and
(c) is recorded by Australia Post.
(2) This section does not limit any other provision of this Subdivision.
