83 Appointment
(1) The Managing Director is to be appointed by the Board. (2) The Board must not appoint the Chairperson, the Deputy Chairperson or a director referred to in paragraph 22(d) as Managing Director. (3) The appointment of a person as Managing Director is not invalid merely because of a defect or irregularity in relation to the appointment.
