#### 71 Disclosure not required in relation to publicly available goods or services Section 29 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (which deals with the duty to disclose interests) and any rules made for the purposes of that section do not apply to a matter relating to the supply of goods or services for a director if the goods or services are, or are to be, available to members of the public on the same terms and conditions.
