68Conduct of meetings

#### 68 Conduct of meetings (1) The Board may, subject to this Division, regulate its proceedings as it considers appropriate. (2) Without limiting subsection (1), the Board may permit directors to participate in a particular meeting, or all meetings, by: (a) telephone; (b) closed‑circuit television; or (c) any other means of communication. (3) A director who participates in a meeting of the Board under a permission under subsection (2) shall be taken to be present at the meeting. (4) Without limiting subsection (1), the Board may invite a person to attend a meeting for the purpose of advising or informing it on any matter.
