#### 65 Times and places of meetings (1) Subject to subsection (2), meetings of the Board shall be held at such times and places as the Board determines. (2) The Chairperson: (a) may at any time convene a meeting; and (b) shall convene a meeting when requested by at least the required minimum number of directors.
