#### 50J Minister may direct ACCC to report (1) The Minister may direct the ACCC to do either or both of the following: (a) prepare; (b) publish; a report analysing the information in records kept under subsections 50H(1) and (2). (2) The ACCC must comply with a direction under subsection (1).
