#### 28C Performance standards to be met by Australia Post (1) The regulations may prescribe performance standards (the prescribed performance standards) to be met by Australia Post. (2) The prescribed performance standards must relate to: (a) the frequency, speed or accuracy of mail delivery; or (b) the availability or accessibility of: (i) post‑boxes or other mail lodgement points; or (ii) offices of Australia Post or other places from which Australia Post products or services may be purchased. (3) Without limiting subsection (1), the prescribed performance standards may relate to methods of determining the level of mail delivery service for a particular area.
