22 Method of disclosing information
For subsection 44(1) of the Act, information that the Minister may request under subsection 42(1) of that Act is to be disclosed: (a) in a manner compatible with systems of the Department operated for the purposes of performing functions under the Act if it is disclosed in electronic form; or (b) in the form of original documents if it is disclosed in hard‑copy form.
