19 Circumstances in which Australian travel documents cease to be valid—other circumstances

(1) For subsection 20(2) of the Act, if an Australian travel document is subject to an endorsement, or other advice in writing to the holder, that it is to cease to be valid on the occurrence of a circumstance mentioned in the endorsement or advice, the travel document ceases to be valid on the occurrence of that circumstance. (2) For subsection 20(2) of the Act, an Australian travel document ceases to be valid if the holder of the travel document dies or loses his or her Australian citizenship.
