6 Additional fees in relation to applications

(1) For the purposes of section 4 of the Act, the additional fee in respect of an application of a kind mentioned in column 1 of an item in the table in subsection (3) is: (a) for an application made in the calendar year starting on 1 January 2024—the amount mentioned in column 2 of the item; or (b) for an application made in a later calendar year: (i) if the indexation factor for the calendar year is less than 1—the fee for an application of that kind for the previous calendar year; or (ii) otherwise—the amount worked out by multiplying the indexation factor for the calendar year by the amount of the fee for an application of that kind for the previous calendar year. (3) The following table sets out fees in respect of applications.
