#### 52 Authorisation of persons as officers (1) The Minister may, in writing, authorise a person, or a class of persons, to exercise specified powers and to perform specified functions of an officer under this Act. (2) A person who is authorised under subsection (1) must comply with any directions of the Minister in the exercise of the powers or performance of the functions specified in the authority. (3) An instrument made under this section is not a legislative instrument.
