#### 17 Reasons relating to concurrently valid or suspended Australian travel document (1) The Minister must not issue an Australian travel document to a person if the person has already been issued with an Australian travel document and that document is still valid or is suspended under section 22A. (2) Subsection (1) does not prevent the Minister from issuing an Australian travel document to the person in the circumstances specified in a Minister’s determination.
