5A Meaning of partner
(1) In this Act, partner of a person means: (a) the person’s spouse; or (b) the person’s de facto partner. (2) However, if more than one person would qualify as a partner of a person (the first person) under subsection (1), then only the last person to so qualify is the partner of the first person for the purposes of this Act.
