46 Appointment of expert advisory committee members etc.
(1) Each expert advisory committee member is to be appointed by the CEO by written instrument. (2) An expert advisory committee member holds office for the period specified in the instrument of appointment. The period must not exceed 3 years.
Note: An expert advisory committee member may be reappointed: see section 33AA of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.
(3) An expert advisory committee member holds office on a part‑time basis. (4) The CEO may terminate the appointment of an expert advisory committee member.
