44 Establishment of expert advisory committees
(1) The CEO may, by writing, establish committees, to be known as expert advisory committees.
Note: For variation and revocation, see subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.
(2) An instrument made under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument.
