40 Presiding at meetings
(1) The Chair must preside at all meetings of the Advisory Board at which the Chair is present. (2) If the Chair is not present at a meeting of the Advisory Board: (a) the Deputy Chair is to preside; or (b) if the Deputy Chair is not present—the other Advisory Board members present must appoint one of themselves to preside.
