70 Dose limits—facility activity
(2) It is a condition applying to both the licence holder and any other person authorised to conduct the regulated activity that the licence holder or other person must ensure that the doses that a person (whether or not an occupationally exposed person) receives from ionising radiation inside, or in connection with, the NNP facility, do not exceed the applicable dose limits in sections 72 and 73.
Note: A significant increase in the magnitude of individual doses that involves a breach of dose limits must also be reported to the Regulator: see section 76.
