67  Reporting—final report for final period of licence

 (1) This section does not apply in relation to a licence that is cancelled by the Regulator.

 (2) It is a condition that the licence holder must provide to the Regulator, in accordance with subsection (3), a final report relating to the regulated activity.

 (3) The final report must be provided by the day that is 28 days before the following:

 (a) if the licence holder intends to surrender the licence under section 37 of the Act—the day the licence is surrendered;

 (b) otherwise—the day the licence will cease under paragraph 33(2)(b) of the Act.
