44  Additional matters—activity of preparing a site for an NNP facility in a designated zone

  For a licence to authorise a facility activity of preparing a site for an NNP facility in a designated zone, the Regulator must be satisfied that the site evaluation for the proposed NNP facility (as proposed at the time of making the decision to issue the licence) demonstrates the suitability of the site for the proposed NNP facility.
