17 General conduct of the activity
For an application for a licence to authorise any kind of facility activity or material activity, information and documents that describe and document how the activity would be conducted in accordance with section 53 are required.
Note: The licence, if issued, would be subject to a condition that the regulated activity is conducted in accordance with section 53: see that section.
