Licence holders are subject to a nuclear safety duty in section 21 of the Act to report nuclear safety incidents.
Nuclear safety incidents include incidents that relate to nuclear safety and are of a kind prescribed in section 103 of this instrument.
A report of a nuclear safety incident provided under subsection 21(1) of the Act must contain the information prescribed in section 104 of this instrument.
A licence authorising a facility activity or material activity is subject to the conditions in section 105 in relation to a nuclear safety incident that the licence holder must report.
