None of the following is liable to an action, suit or proceeding, whether civil or criminal, for or in relation to an act done, or omitted to be done, in good faith in the performance, or the purported performance, of a function under this Act: (a) a member of the Regulator; (b) any other person acting under the direction or authority of a member of the Regulator.
