43 Application of fees and other money
The Council must apply the following solely for the purposes of the University: (a) all financial assistance paid to the University under the Higher Education Support Act 2003; (b) student contribution amounts within the meaning of the Higher Education Support Act 2003; (c) tuition fees within the meaning of the Higher Education Support Act 2003; (d) other money received by the University under this Act or otherwise.
