35 Convening of meetings
(1) The Authority is to hold such meetings as are necessary for the efficient performance of its functions. (2) The Chairperson: (a) may, at any time, convene a meeting of the Authority; and (b) must convene a meeting of the Authority if so requested in writing by 2 other members or if so directed by the Ministerial Council.
