32 Termination of appointment
(1) The Governor‑General may terminate the appointment of a member for misbehaviour or for physical or mental incapacity. (2) If a member: (a) is absent from three consecutive meetings of the Authority, except on leave granted under section 30; or (b) contravenes section 39 without reasonable excuse; the Governor‑General may terminate the appointment of the member. (3) The Governor‑General must not terminate the appointment of a member unless the Ministerial Council has, by resolution, recommended the termination of the member’s appointment.
