##### 16 Arrangements regarding payments to and by the Authority (1) Money payable to the Authority by the Commonwealth under this Part is to be paid in accordance with such arrangements as are approved by the Ministerial Council. (2) Money paid by a State to the Authority is to be paid in accordance with such arrangements as are approved by the Ministerial Council. (3) Money payable by the Authority to a particular recipient under this Part is to be paid in accordance with such arrangements as are approved by the Ministerial Council.
