##### 14AA Commonwealth Minister may direct the payment of amount to a State (1) If the Minister has, under section 9AB of the Vocational Education and Training Funding Act 1992, determined that a specified amount is to be paid to the Authority in respect of a State and the year 2001 or 2002, the Minister may, by written notice given to the Authority, direct that the Authority must allocate and pay the amount determined in respect of the State and the year to the State. (2) The Minister must not amend or vary a notice given under subsection (1) so as to reduce an amount specified in the notice. (3) The Authority must comply with a direction in a notice given under subsection (1).
