29 Altering the Registry
(1) For section 18 of the Act, this regulation applies if: (a) a Registry account is kept in the name of a person; and (b) the name of the person has changed; and (c) the person applies to the Regulator to have the new name substituted for the previous name in the Registry in relation to the account. (2) The Regulator may make the necessary alterations in the Registry.
