25 Opening of Commonwealth Registry accounts
(1) For section 13 of the Act, the Minister may, in writing, direct the Regulator to: (a) open a Registry account in the name of the Commonwealth; and (b) give the Registry account the designation specified in the direction. (2) The Regulator must comply with a direction given under subregulation (1).
