23 Regulator to consider evidence of identity etc

Before opening a Registry account (1) Before opening a Registry account in the name of a person who makes a request, the Regulator must: (a) review the evidence of identity given to the Regulator under this Division; and (b) review the evidence of an individual’s authorisation to submit a request on behalf of an entity. For an authorised representative (2) The Regulator must review the evidence of the identity of an authorised representative that has been given to the Regulator under paragraph 15(1)(c) and subregulation 32(2) before giving the authorised representative access to a Registry account under subregulation 31(2).
