67AZV Delegation
(1) The Minister for Finance may, by writing, delegate to: (a) the Secretary to the Department of Finance; or (b) the Chief Executive of the Office of Asset Sales; or (c) an SES employee or acting SES employee, whether or not in the Department of Finance; all or any of the functions and powers conferred on the Minister for Finance by this Part.
