60Application of money

#### 60 Application of money (1) The moneys of the Commission shall be applied only: (a) in payment or discharge of the expenses, charges, obligations and liabilities incurred or undertaken by the Commission in the performance of its functions and duties and the exercise of its powers; (b) in payment of the remuneration and allowances payable to persons appointed under Part III; and (c) in making payments to the Commonwealth as provided by this Act. (2) Subsection (1) does not prevent investment of surplus money of the Commission under section 19 of the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997.
