26Remuneration and allowances of Commissioners

#### 26 Remuneration and allowances of Commissioners (1) The Chair, Deputy Chair and other Commissioners shall be paid by the Commission such remuneration as is determined by the Remuneration Tribunal. (2) If no determination by the Tribunal of the remuneration of the Deputy Chair is in operation, the Deputy Chair shall be paid by the Commission such remuneration as is prescribed by the regulations. (3) The Chair, Deputy Chair and other Commissioners shall be paid by the Commission such allowances as are prescribed by the regulations. (4) This section has effect subject to the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.
