18 General duties of Commission
(1) The Commission shall conduct its operations safely, efficiently and, subject to section 6AA, subsection 55(3) and Part VA, in a manner that accords with sound commercial practice. (2) Nothing in subsection (1) shall be taken to impose on the Commission a duty that is enforceable by proceedings in a court.
