14 Appointment
(1) The CEO is to be appointed by the Minister by written instrument, on a full‑time basis. (2) A member is not eligible for appointment as the CEO. (3) Before making an appointment, the Minister must consult the Ministerial Council. (4) The appointment of a person as CEO is not invalid because of a defect or irregularity in connection with the person’s appointment.
