(1) The CEO may charge fees for things done in performing his or her function under paragraph 11(1)(c). (2) A legislative instrument under paragraph 11(1)(k) that sets out a function must specify whether the CEO may charge fees for things done in performing the function. (3) A fee must not be such as to amount to taxation.
