7 Value of maritime historical material
(1) For the purposes of subsection 47(3) of the Act, the value of maritime historical material is to be determined by one or more independent experts appointed, in writing, by the Director. (2) The Director must not appoint a person under subsection (1) unless the Director is satisfied on reasonable grounds that the person has appropriate qualifications or expertise to determine the value of the maritime historical material.
