39 Delegation by Director
(1) The Director may, with the approval of the Council, either generally or as otherwise provided by the instrument of delegation, by writing signed by the Director, delegate to a member of the staff of the Museum all or any of the Director’s powers under this Act.
Note: Sections 34AA to 34A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 contain provisions relating to delegations.
(2) In exercising a delegated power, the delegate must comply with any written directions of the Director.
