34 Leave of absence
(1) The Director has such recreation leave entitlements as are determined by the Remuneration Tribunal. (2) Subject to subsection (3), the Minister may grant leave of absence to the Director, other than recreation leave, on such terms and conditions as to remuneration or otherwise as the Minister determines. (3) The Chairperson may grant the Director leave of absence, other than recreation leave, on such terms and conditions as to remuneration or otherwise as the Chairperson determines, if the period of leave of absence is less than 5 working days.
