28 Jurisdiction, powers and functions of Supreme Court
> > (1) Subject to this Act, the Supreme Court has, as nearly as possible, the same jurisdiction, powers and functions in relation to acts, matters and things done, omitted or suffered under or in connection with this Act as the Federal Court of Australia or the Administrative Review Tribunal of the Commonwealth or both have in relation to acts, matters and things done, omitted or suffered under or in connection with the [Corporations Law](/view/html/inforce/current/sl-1999-0703) in corresponding circumstances.

> > (2) The jurisdiction, powers and functions of the Supreme Court conferred by this section apply with such adaptations and modifications as are necessary or as are prescribed by the regulations or by rules of court.
