#### 18 Determinations, opinions and powers of directors 18 Determinations, opinions and powers of directors > In this Part— > > > (a) a reference to a determination or opinion of the directors is a reference to a determination or opinion, as the case may be, made or formed in accordance with the articles of association of NHL, and > > > (b) the powers of the directors conferred by this Part may be exercised by them in their absolute discretion, and > > > (c) the directors are not obliged to provide to any person any reason or grounds for a determination or opinion.
