434 Attendance of medical officer on member suspected to be absent without sufficient cause etc
When a member employed on continuous full time military service is absent from duty owing to sickness or is suspected to be absenting himself without sufficient cause, his commanding officer or a superior may authorize a medical officer or a Medical Board to attend upon and examine the member and to make a report of the examination.
