34 Money in Research Account to be paid to Corporation
(1) Upon the commencing day, any money that, immediately before that day, stood to the credit of the Research Account, and investments representing any of that money, shall be paid or transferred to the Corporation. (2) For the purposes of this section, “the Research Account” includes the special account referred to in section 6A of the Act.
