15 Motions of no confidence

(1) Section 30H of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub‑section (4) “may” (second occurring) and substituting “shall”. (2) Section 30H of the Principal Act is amended‑ (a) by inserting in sub‑section (1) “selected by the Chairman” after “the staff of the Corporation”; and (b) by omitting from sub‑section (5) all the words after paragraph (c) and substituting the following: “and the Corporation, while constituted in accordance with this sub‑section, may perform all the functions and exercise all the powers of the Corporation except the power to appoint the Managing Director”.
