Section 30D of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub‑paragraph (1)(a)(i) “if any motion was specified in the notice published by the Corporation in the Gazette in accordance with sub‑section 30B(2) ‑ the terms of that motion” and substituting “the terms of any motion proposed to be moved on behalf of the Corporation for the purpose of endorsing a recommendation of a kind referred to in paragraph 30B(2)(b)”.
