24 First‑come first‑served quota entitlement
(1) An exporter is eligible to be allocated first‑come first‑served quota entitlement for a quota year if: (a) the exporter has applied, in a form approved by the Secretary, to the QA Unit for an allocation of first‑come first‑served quota entitlement for the quota year; and (b) the application includes a request amount for the quota year. (2) The exporter is not eligible to be allocated first‑come first‑served quota entitlement for the quota year if quota entitlement allocated to the exporter for the quota year under Part 3 has been forfeited under section 30.
